Most orders are shipped USPS within one business day of your order. Orders placed by 9am (PST) on business days will be shipped on the same day. Orders received after 9am (PST) will be shipped on the following business day. Please allow sufficient time for delivery based on your chosen shipping method.
Our goal is to keep every aspect of Dr. Bailey Skin Care straightforward and fairly priced. Our shipping and handling policy reflects this value.
We do not hide our shipping and handling costs in inflated product prices and you pay only for your true shipping costs when you place an order with us, not an average cost from all of our customers distributed over everyone's orders. You save money if your order is light weight, shipped standard delivery and you live in an easily accessible location. Customers with more complex shipping issues pay for the services that they need. Shipping fees for orders within the continental United States are calculated based on the order weight, delivery option and shipping address. The shopping cart calculates your product shipping weight.
For Standard Shipping within the Contiguous United States
All United States domestic orders are handled and delivered by UPS.

- Orders are received in 2-8 business days with shipping time determined by your address.
- You receive tracking information on your parcel and the secure handling that USPS offers at no extra cost.

- A signature is required for all orders over $200
- Remote surcharges may apply to some addresses.
- UPS delivery is not available to PO boxes or military bases. Orders to PO boxes or military bases must be shipped US Postal Service (see below)
We offer all International Shipping through USPS Priority Mail.

International customers please note: USPS Priority Mail costs may not include brokerage fees, taxes and duties. There may be additional import fees upon delivery as well. All of these fees are your responsibility.

- Up to 16 oz/1 lb: $15.00
- Up to 80 oz/5 lbs: $25.00
- Up to 160 oz/10 lbs: $30.00
Shipping addresses up to zone 208:
- Up to 16 oz/1 lb: $20.00
- Up to 80 oz/5 lbs: $30.00
- Up to 160 oz/10 lbs: $45.00
Metro Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii add $10.00, remote Alaska and Hawaii add $15.00.
- We cannot guarantee UPS shipping within 2 days to the noncontiguous US entities
- We cannot refund orders or file a claim with UPS unless it has been longer than 3 days
US Postal Service Shipping to Military Bases and Domestic PO Boxes
Orders are shipped priority mail at the following rates:
- Up to 16 oz / 1 lb: $10.00
- Up to 80 oz / 5 lbs: $15.00
- Up to 160 oz / 10 lbs: $20.00
Unfortunately USPS does not offer remote tracking of parcels and therefore we cannot guarantee replacement of lost packages once a parcel has left our office.
Additional Shipping Information
We reserve the right to decline an order for any reason, including shipping considerations.
Shipping Days Most orders are shipped from our office within 24 hours on the next business day, Monday through Friday. We are closed Saturdays, Sundays and all legal holidays.
Tracking Packages We include a tracking number (UPS) or a delivery confirmation number (US Postal Service) in the shipment notification email. On the UPS Order Status page, you can check the status of your delivery by clicking directly on the Tracking Number provided on the Shipment Summary tab next to Order Details.
Address Correction Surcharge Orders with incomplete addresses may be assessed a $15 address correction charge. Customers are responsible for providing a deliverable address.
Undeliverable Packages Including refused shipments are assessed a $15 non-delivery fee which is charged to the method of payment used on checkout and is subtracted from your refund. We will not give refunds on packages returned due to unpaid taxes, duties or customs charges. Returned shipping fees will be deducted from the method of payment used to place the order. Packages are returned to Dr. Bailey Skin Care, LLC.
Delivery Times All shipping times are estimates and we cannot be responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control (including shortage of materials.)
US Postal Service Orders shipped to PO boxes or US Military bases must be shipped via the US Postal Service. Charges are based on weight. Unfortunately USPS does not offer remote tracking of parcels and therefore we cannot guarantee replacement of lost packages once a parcel has left our office. We highly recommend you use UPS Ground or 2nd day air and have your parcel shipped to a qualifying domestic address.
Damaged Goods It is very important that you check your products immediately upon receipt for damage. If a product is delivered visibly damaged, refuse it immediately and follow the Return Process described in our return policy. If damage is not found until the product is opened, you must initiate the Return Process within 3 business days of receipt.
Backorders If items you ordered are temporarily out of stock, we will ship the available items and notify you of the backordered items. These items will be shipped to you immediately when they become available at no additional shipping cost to you.
Sales Tax Deliveries to California will be charged the applicable sales tax.
Canceling an Order If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please call 1-707-829-5780 or email us at [email protected] as soon as possible. We will try hard to accommodate your request; however items that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled and must be returned or exchanged.
