Digging Deeper with Dr. Bailey, Part 3

Hello!  Welcome back to Digging Deeper with Dr. Bailey.  This blog series is where I get to share some of the most unique and exciting features of Dr. Bailey's new website.  We want to make sure you know exactly where to find the information and products you are looking for!  That is why in this post we are going to look at how you can use her encyclopedic website to find detailed skin care tips and advice, fast.

The top three places to find Dr. Bailey's skin care knowledge, insights, and suggestions are:

  1. The Skin Care Tips and Advice Center,
  2. Her Blog
  3. The product pages.

Digging Deeper With the Skin Care Tips and Advice Center

In the Skin Care Tips and Advice Center, she provides tips for the skin conditions that are asked about most frequently, like keratosis pilaris, seborrheic dermatitis, rosacea, skin aging, wrinkling, uneven skin pigmentation, etc. When you go to the Skin Care Tips and Advice Center you will see that each topic has its own dedicated page. Some topics have multiple pages, like the seborrheic dermatitis section, which has a lot of information; whereas others are still being added to. If you scroll down and click on Tips for Seborrheic Dermatitis this will bring you to the first page with general information and tips to better understand this skin condition.

At the bottom of this page, you'll notice a list of additional pages featuring advice and treatment information for this skin condition. These links are designed to help you find additional, relevant information to the topic at hand.  In our example, you'll notice links that offer treatment for scalp dandruff, crusty ears, eyelash line dandruff (seborrheic blepharitis), and more.  On other topical pages, the links will change and will be relevant to the topic of the page you've landed on.

Digging Deeper With Dr. Bailey's Health and Beauty Blog

While the Skin Care Tips and Advice section of our site is a treasure trove of information, you can also find a wide range of articles, tips and other information on our blog.  Dr. Bailey's Health and Beauty Blog is organized into categories to allow you to browse for posts about certain topics, but I find it easier to locate what I'm looking for by using the search bar, which is located toward the top of the page, just under the headline that reads "Dr. Cynthia Bailey's Health & Beauty Blog."

If you are looking for blogs with information on seborrheic dermatitis, you can type "seborrheic dermatitis" in the search bar and click the blue magnifying icon.  Our system will search for any relevant blog posts and present you with a list of results. In this instance, our search term found 67 blog posts, a testament to the sheer volume of content Dr. Bailey has created over the years.

Taking the time to scan through the search results will help you decide which topics and subtopics are most relevant to you.  If you are a man dealing with flaky skin, you might want to click on  "Best Men's Skin Care for Flaky Skin."  If you are just starting to learn about this condition, you might be interested in an article like "The 7 Myths of Seborrheic Dermatitis". The goal of the website redesign is to make it as easy as possible for you to find the information you are looking for.

By leveraging the new tools available through the Skin Care Tips and Advice Center and the blog, we were able to find a wide range of information on our chosen topic of seborrheic dermatitis. Along with facts, tips and advice, the information on these pages also explains what the best products are to Cleanse, Correct, Hydrate, and Protect skin for people suffering from seborrheic dermatitis.  That leads into our site's ability to help you choose the best products to improve your flaky, itchy, or crusty skin.

Digging Deeper With the Information on Dr. Bailey's Product Pages

Let's take a closer look at product pages to see what information they contain.  Through the reading we outlined above, you will have identified some of the key products for treating and improving seborrheic dermatitis.  Products like Dr. Bailey's cleansing and correcting calming zinc bar soap, and foaming zinc soap can be used in combination with an exfoliating tool such as the salux cloth..  They can also be paired with her corrective and hydrating green tea therapy cream or instantly luminous serum, and completed with a top-notch skin protector suited for seborrheic dermatitis, such as sheer strength pure physical sunscreen spray.

The calming zinc bar soap product page contains more detailed descriptive information in the Overview, and At A Glance section.  In the Overview section, Dr. Bailey explains the specific formulation of this soap and why it is so effective.

The green tea antioxidant therapy cream page contains even more information in its Overview,  At A Glance, Directions, and Ingredients sections.  Here, Dr. Bailey lets you know why the green tea antioxidant in this product is so effective, how to use it and what makes this product something you can really trust in comparison with many other popular brands packed with questionable ingredients.

After learning about a skin care topic in Dr. Bailey's Skin Care Tips and Advice Center, you can easily run searches in the blog to find more detailed information on specific topics.  Our archive features seven years worth of articles and covers each topic from a wide range of perspectives.  While we try to link directly to relevant products whenever possible, you can also type product names into the search bar at the top of the page to quickly jump into the proper listing in our store.

At Dr. Bailey Skin Care we want you to be empowered and educated about your skin so  you can join the intelligent skin care revolution and make informed purchasing decisions. Happy learning and hunting!
